An old picture again - but it is on the wrist today. And it marks the end of my Zenith week. Still lack one to get a full week. I am not worried - some day the right one will surface and join the others.
This one has dial damage (there is no support for the dial at corners and it has been bent beyond the point of the enamels elasticity) - can be seen at below nine. I have not opened the watch but the movement feels really rough and as you can see the date is not properly aligned. But - the case is almost perfect, it is a beautiful watch and I actually bought it to get the crown (cheap watch but maybe an expensive crown...馃榾 ). Today I wear it on a mahogany coloured alligator strap (the one in the pic was a cheapo that came with it)
Saturday mornings don't get much better, sitting under an olive tree with a pot of coffee at my side, some John Grisham and this old fella on the wrist - enjoy your weekend guys 馃憤
This is getting monotonous (no, never quite monotonous with that dial)...
By the way, the antireflective coating on the sapphire crystal also appears to deflect fingerprints. Thank goodness! I always hated that aspect of the Tudor Sub (79190) I used to have.
Who said this was a watch forum 馃榿
