Got the job I've been interviewing for over the last few months... first day today and wearing this. ... and SWMBO says I should by a new one for work! Decisions, decisions....
Interesting thought, but I firmly believe that if you like a piece of entertainment that people have worked hard to produce, you should pay for it Besides, I need sports channels to watch the racing series I follow, as IMSA has so far refused to get themselves up to date and offer a subscription for race broadcasts via their app.
Wasn't going to wear the watch that shall not be named again today, but I tried with this MilTAT from StrapCode today. I've worn this with my Explorer. Neat.

Am I right in thinking that there is a unicorn of a Skipper out there nicknamed the "skipperer"? I just tried to google a few variations on that term and came up blank.
I believe you're thinking of the "Skipperrera", which is a nickname given to the Heuer Skipper Ref. 7754, the only Skipper model to come in the beautiful 1960s Carrera case. That and the Dato 45 Ref. 3147 are the inspirations for this one.
