·Read somewhere that 80-90% of all Bentleys ever produced are still around. When did you last see a sixites Opel (Holden for you down under and Vauxhall for the Poms)?
It is easy to forget all the "cheap" watches. Some day you will miss your first Tissot and they are nowhere to be found...

·I think we all have a watch like this. looks really cool in-person; in photos, not so much. A great old friend who always cheers me up. Not worth much but doesn't matter, I (((love))) wearing it and after all, isn't that the point?
Agreed! One where your love for it bears no relation to value, attractiveness or even how hard you had to work for it. Not for the first time i suddenly realise it sounds like I'm talking about women....
