·1982 Issue 'Precista' helping to earn a few Brownie points this morning.
One of my daughters has a Fiat 500 as a runaround and just out of warranty a door handle hinge breaks, turns out to be a well known fault and naturally Fiat do not want to know and as the dealership want the best part of £170 to supply and fit the replacement part Auld Faither or as she calls me 'Team Principal' is called in once again 😀
Door card off and it's coffee time,
Back to it and we are in with one nut to remove,
A bit of a fiddle but all fitted and card installed,
One hour forty five including coffee break to fit the £7.25 part equals one delighted daughter.
Wonder why I seem to be the first port of call whenever anything goes wrong 🤔
