··The black sheep in the Spee-ee-eee-eedmaster flockMy first Speedy Tuesday post. Unfortunately none of these are mine. Just "borrowing" some from my watchmakers personal collection. It was a thrill, especially since I turned to @ahartfie at one point and said "this is a f$&@ DON!!....On my wrist, in the wild". The transformation happened today. I have crossed the Rubicon and there is no coming back! Thrilling day indeed!
And one more, glasses off, doing my best @Mad Dog pose. I'm a sad imitation but I tried!
I was glad to be there with you. It was a thrill to me to see the inside of your Seamaster and to see the gold Connie on your wrist. That Frey is pretty sweet, too.
I still can't believe Andy never even mentioned those watches to me, let alone showed me. Maybe our Wonder Twin powers will convince him to join us here.
