·Ed White looking great on the wrist!!
So I decided I need to make a change in my healthy lifestyle. This year I made several changes and have lost tons of weight and feel great. Three changes have occurred this year:
1. started exercising 4+ times a week, consistently, no excuses.
2. cut off fast food and most all processed food, monitor food intake
3. Spent 10 times less on watches. I literally have only purchased one watch this year. And it was relatively inexpensive.
I am not sure which one of the above had the greatest impact, but I think it might be #3. I may need to seek medical advise to confirm this is true.

·Switch to the PADI to do some laundry and other chores in prep for Passover Seder. Not worth the risk of getting any vintage watches wet! Another impending swap layer for dinner.
