This week I got my watch back from regular service for the third time ! I have been without it since the middle of January...
No matter how Richmond declares after the first failed service:

"Be assured of our commitment to have your watch restored in perfect working order. For more security, we have decided to reinforce our process of tests and controls before it leaves our workshop.

At this moment, your watch is in the final control stage. It will take 2-3 days before we know if the movement is functioning well within the limits of Cartier."

they still did not get it right ! This time they had made the very basic mistake of misaligning the hands so that the chrono seconds touched the minutes hand every time around half something so that the watch stopped.
No answers to my questions, etc. Very poor service ! If you refuse to sell parts to other watchmakers so that "you can assure the quality work" = monopoly, then Richmond should make proper service without continuous basic mistakes...
Now I barely dare to wear my watch, looking at it all day and wondering what will break next ?

Credor day-date GMT, the crown on the top right sets the independent hour hand when pulled out. And the movement isn't so bad to look at either! Based on the old 52xx movement architecture, this movement line is now largely discontinued as it made way to other more modern movements from Seiko.
