I'll tell you what I think... I think @Hijak did this the Chicago way... he pulls a dibs, you pull a checkbook... will definitely appeal this to the highest dibs court in the land.

Don't know what to say here but I dibsed this the first time I met Adam for a GTG in Chicago. This was in late 2013 I believe. We met at a local bar across the street from the Duke of Perth as the Duke was closed. I believe I have pictures of this on my wrist at that meeting. And anyway position is 9/10s of the law, see you in dibs court!😉
