Evening switch to ultra-thick new arrival. Looks like the nice weather is going to continue a little longer. 馃榾

A true mountaineering watch; it rises from my wrist like Kilimanjaro.

The book didn't make me smarter, but the watch sure as hell made me happier!

Is there any difference between these two? (Except the strap of course)

Yeap!

The left one is a polished (non stepped) piepan dial in a Ref 2757 case with a Calibre 355 (swan neck regulator) movement

The right one is a stepped (identical to grand luxe constellations) piepan dial in a Ref 2627 case with a Calibre 353 (arm style regulator) movement

Other than that they're both SMPP date at sixes in 14K Gold with 18K Gold dials

I'm working on number 4, just need to wait until a 2915 or something comes along and Mike needs to free up a chunk of watch funds the size of an Audi to pay for it. Then I'll strike.
