Thanks guys! Fits as well as I remember when I tried one on years ago in Nassau. The two tone dial changes in the light - better photos of that soon. I thought IWC made the nicest deployant clasp for my wrist size, but might have to slide them into second after wearing this for a couple hours.

I'd love to get a Reverso Ultra Thin Duoface; for now I'll have to "settle" for my Hamilton Otis!

Today I thought I'd give the Pierce a one-off winding before dispatching a few to the watchmaker.

Now Jim, here's an old wrist :)

Same as earlier, just a change to a mesh - spent the day with so many variations and still ??? mind you i'm now pretty quick at strap/bracelet changes.

I just am starting with the Bergeon, being obsessive about scratches. I have just joined a watchmakers association, taking a class, to try to learn a bit.

You have new skin on your wrist, I saw the old peeling!

I didn't have the heart to let Dennis know that I had photoshopped some age spots.

My outlook is that you and I are lucky, we have traveled where those young bucks are and they may never, ever reach the road we are on!

    Cheers!

Still not sure whether to keep this, although it still has a certain something when I decide to wear it.

Our 5-day heat wave just broke -- out for a morning bike ride on the lake front (Lake Michigan, that is)...

That's the watch Windy tried to claim, and when I sold it she tried to grab the '46 JLC in it's place. Wasn't happening - you gotta put your foot down at some point, ya know?

Well, sort of. I had to buy a white waffle Omega from Mike to replace it. ::shy::

I can quite see why. Your lady has good taste... Can make things expensive?! Something about white waffle and pg markers... I can only dream on finding in Constellations! :(

    Wearing this now...

    ...and later this new arrival.

You think you're safe from the Golden Squirrel, innocently browsing the 'Bay for Enicar sports watches, then BAM!, you're under attack by the most dangerous species of all: the pink gold 50's chronometer. More later in a separate post.

I can't tell whether my neighbor approves of the watch...

... I think he might be a little put off by the strap. :)
