Bet he/you wears something different home. 馃槈
Sad to say I don't.
Figured out I would have it serviced before bringing it home.
Should not be too long though.....

I brought some 20 odd watches for the trip, so an evening swap is appropriate.
Auricoste Type 20 for the return flight.
Cheers

Wore this one today.

Until around 7.35 AM that is. Then I carefully fished it out of my jacket sleeve and pocketed it!

Very pleased to get this one back from the spa today. Had a custom strap waiting & now firmly on my wrist. I love me some Type 20's.

Thanks again to Fred / @Ludi for the lead.馃憤

These Auricoste have probably the best movements of all the Type 20/21s, the caliber 2040 flyback, based, I believe, on the Lemania 16TL.
The only fly-back Lemania movement from that area.
Based on the 2220 movement which again was based on the Lemania 15TL (Omega 33.3).
Together with the RCAF cal 2221, the French Airforce 2040 has to be the lowest production figure Lemania military chronograph movement ever.

Failed to snag a ST LE ... consoling myself with the 2998

My daughter likes to remind me this is a 'first world problem' ....

Ill trade mine for your 2998 if you like. Both parties happy.
