Just got a chance to post pics...... Warming up the V on a nice crisp Italian morning....and checking the time.....
This arrived the other day from the UK via Royal Mail. I'm not kidding -- Royal Mail ! A dive watch designed and produced by an actual North Sea commercial diver. It looks good, feels good on the wrist. Powered by the robust and able Miyota cal. 9015, it's a good time-keeper too. It's priced about the same as the Seiko SRP777 and is equally as good of a value. Can't wait to take it in the ocean
Did you, too, experience the moment a neglected watch smiles at you out of the dealer's show case and you have to buy it in order to provide it with a better home after a short spa at the watchmaker? This little diver's watch, a Bettix branded Squale Medium, is cheap but so rich: asymmetric case in order to protect the big crown, brown/olive dial with sunburst finish, massive markers with red stripes, square lume dots, bold hands, lollipop seconds hand, date loupe on the inner side of the doomed crystal, rotating glass bezel, … The watch is driven by an automatic A. Schild movement, cal. AS2772. Enjoy, Mick

Gosh! I have a 1990's Dynamic which appears to be very similar with a date window and Italic numbers, but this is SO much more beautiful...
