Thanks to @Nitzbar for setting this one free for re-capture. Interesting how the Rubber B strap just slipped sweetly between the lugs for a perfect fit, considering it was only made (according to Rubber B) for the BLNR and LN ceramic GMTs.

Thank you! The outer ring is a pulsegraph or pulse meter scale, used to measure a person's hearth beat. This one is a 30 base, so once the chrono is started, it is stopped at the person's 30th pulse and the pointer will indicate the correct beats without doing calculation. It may not be as accurate as today's smart watches in measuring heart beats, but it probably paved the way.

Just got back from the physiotherapist to check why I have pain in my wrist when I lift things. Diagnosis: inflammation of the thumb muscles. Main cause: lifting and carrying my son around [emoji853] (and I enjoy that a lot) Now I have to keep this tape on for a week, restrict the usage of my thumb, especially when I lift my son and come back next year.

Tenosynovitis , The best option is shockwave . Get well soon
