Mikrolisk lists the Clebar Watch Co. It also lists an agency for this Swiss brand in New York City. In Canada, the Clebar name was registered to Norle in Montreal.

Love these Clebar's Not much info out there though. I seen that Clebar is French slang for bad dog also seen wet dog
