Black to match the weather - sorry about the skin, it will soon be back to its usual pale self.

Out for a spin with the Defy A3645.

That watch is clunky and weird with a pink lumed second hand and a crown that sticks out like a sore thumb.

.... which means I love it!

So it looks on the wrist, but you can't appreciate it fully until you've worn it - it is excellent!

A 385 brought back from the dead today, just back from the watchmaker on steel for the summer.

Haha thanks. The second hand is really orange but it washed out on the pink side in this photo. Hey, it's a screw-down crown... this tuxedo-worthy diver was rated water resistant to 300 m... it's gotta stick out! Glad you like it.

currently in sunny Montreal for a scientific conference, so I brought these two along for the trip. Hopefully more wrist shots later in the sunshine!

Interesting thing about the Landeron 48 (in contrast to the Venus 178, Omega 321, and Valjoux 72 I am used to) is that the bottom pusher stops as well as resets the elapsed seconds timer.

You learn something new every day! Thanks Adam.
