I suspect it may be a slightly customized model for this retailer as the unit I have doesn't quite match the models listed on the Louisiana Grills 'Ceramic Series' page. (my version doesn't have the nice chrome bezel for the top vent control... but then if I changed it I'd worry about destroying the originality and its value 50 years down the road when it becomes 'vintage'...😁 ) http://www.louisiana-grills.com/lgk-24.html
At any rate, I got it so I could cook meals regularly for my wife and I so the one I have will do just fine. I did notice they only used 304 SS in the Kamado grill, not the 904L I'm used to with the Exp II... doh! 😉
Oh, and I finally figured out what this little thing looks like... that's me stoking the coals on the new grill...
I wanted to get a pic of a gigantic (biggest I've ever seen) bullfrog I saw in the pool last night, but it must have left before morning. I'll bring out the Fenix TK35 tonight and see if he comes back for a pic. Need a watch for size reference, however. I'm thinking Seamaster...
I have no idea why I do these shenanigans...but I like it! Received (and installed) the Seiko DAL1BP rubber strap for my 6309-7049 from SeiyaJapan.com...so it's time to do another box & papers photo shoot at Dunkin' Donuts...culminating with a double dogging of the SRP777K1 and 6309-7049...good times...👍
