The word grail is abused all the time, but this is what comes the closest to the actual meaning for me. It’s the one (this reference and specific dial) that sparked my interest in vintage Omega a few years ago, and it still eludes me.

10 days with ONLY two watches. The Ploprof and 3572.50 served me well on vacation, but was missing this one while I was away.

Next week will be gone for 15 days. And may only take one watch. I know.... you are thinking, how is that possible. Well I think I can do it. Problem is that I don't yet know which one. Just know it won't be a speedy.

All this talk of Seikos.... A King Seiko 4502-7000 hi-beat -- the same family of movements that swept the board in the final Neuchatel Chronometer Competition in 1967 -- from 1969.
It came with its original buckle. If anyone knows where to get a plain black 18/15mm strap...
