That is a beauty! 36 mm Black Bay? MT or ETA movement?

Yes, the 36mm Black Bay -- ETA movement (and thankfully no display back!). First one my AD has sold (they just arrived this week). He said, however, that the Black Bay Black has been selling like proverbial hotcakes. This one is very light in comparison to the 41mm BB, naturally, very similar to the old-time Explorer on the wrist.

Old school today, early WWII(for the US) 17j 10AK stainless steel Bulova navigator's watch.
That's interesting - never saw one with a white dial. Would you care to share a caseback pic?
