Hi Dennis,
just came back from my watchmaker. Among a lot of beautiful Omegas he has still a red gold Conquest without date, movement 19AS with dauphine hands in nearly perfect original condition. The price should be around 2000 Euros.
What do you think, if I sell him my Seamaster Chrono (see pic!) and give him extra 500 Euros?
Crazy, or?
Reiner
I think you're close, but I'm not sure of the going price for that Omega.
It's an original crown, and judging by the rest of the watch the hands are probably original too. How good is the waves & stars medallion on the caseback? Is it missing any paint?
No, all really perfect. Sorry for the bad snapshot! Here is the caseback of my SS Conquest 1957 Replica of the actual Longines collection.
The medaillon of the 18 Karat vintage version is just in this condition.
Hoping to be sponsored by the "Scottish Tourist Board"
A glorious day, warm sunshine and a soft air ( don't look at tomorrows forecast )
Sitting on the deck with a small tincture 馃榿 and couldn't resist a shot - happy days.
