Almost the same here - even if I was not a teenager in the late 80ies. Being 25 in 1989 this was the watch all the cool guys at the disco had. I did not. Now I have it (and I would never have bought it without the UTC - and absolutely never the TT version) but my dancing days are over... I have very double feelings about this watch. It is sort of brutal in its design and yet it is a kind of icon for that era.
