I think that's @Mad Dog 's World War III Go-Bag.

[plus space for 347 NATO straps]

It's my old U.S. Navy issued helmet bag from when I flew helos in the military...it's 30 years old now...I had to repair/replace the handles about 7 times but other than that, it's held up fairly well. 👍
