Really love running the chronograph on the 2447 - such a satisfying, delicate yet firm "snap" when depressing the pushers....

(I've really gotta set up a lightbox for this one too it seems)

This little guy spent it's life on the wrist of a Navy Captain. I purchased it from his niece, and then did a very gentle sympathetic restoration.

The crystal cracked at the rim upon removal, so I had to crazy glue it back together and then very carefully polish it. That's why the rust stain was not removed.

Wow - you sure did an amazing good job reluming those hands and matching the dial... (I'd love to learn how to do it some day; but I would never dare on a vintage BP FF!!).
