On a blue strap today: A 166.079 cal 752 circa 1970; Another one of my watches that keeps remarkable time. Love these oval Dynamics!
I was watching this show called Mad Dogs ( the American version) and Billy Zane has this combo and I thought I'd try it out. Not my favorite but it will do for the day
@watchdaddy1 wore his the other day and reminded me of mine. So hard to shoot the grey sunburst with the giant plexy dome on this one.
After a great vacation in Budapest over Easter, I was on my way on the job only two hours after touching down in the airport this Monday night. Now, I'm in the camp of our largest military exercise area, planning a British exercise for later this year. Having had the worst couple of nights' sleep in ages, my head is aching and I am aching for going home and having a long sleep in a decent bed - hopefully we can round this up tomorrow and I'll be on my way! Still, it could be worse. I had the 2792 with me to Budapest and wore it almost exclusively (the others were the FOIS and a Constellation). It's a combination of things that "make" this watch, but in particular the size and the overall design language which still echoes through the modern line of Omegas are special. I cannot understand why these aren't more sought after. Oh, and I'm picking one more up when I'm coming home
