New arrival on the wrist. A very seldom seen (even if @marturx has one) Lemania cal 2990/DS27. Basically a central seconds caliber 27 with a date function.
Note the separate quick-set date button at 2 o'clock.😉

Come on, you´re among watch nerds here 😁. Those numbers just about says it all, reference, caliber, year of manufacture and no´s of pieces produced. It says nothing about the condition though, so therefore we need the pic to realise it´s a true gem you have there 👍

I saw @Mick Tock : s comment earlier about always trying to add some info to the WRUW-pics. I believe he has a point. I am not always going to do it but from time to time and in a nerdy way...This time it succeeded - you provided the extra nerd-factor! 👍😉

On the road, getting an early start with [...choke...] hotel room coffee. This will keep me going long enough to find some real coffee.

I'll be inspecting a leaky dam today, got my Earth Science hat (and watch) on.
