One of my fav week-end all arounders. Tough enough for anything Mrs. Lou P throws at me (projects, I mean ), yet not overly heavy as this one is the Ti version. Blue wavy dial goes well with jeans. Modern, yet pre co-axial. "Titane" marked case back, yet pre verbiage-filled. And reminder of a strong influencer on my journey in this hobby. Time to not make the donuts...just chocked in at the gate at DFW...motors off...headed to the layover motel...
The JLC MG is a keeper; awesome size and wonderfully complicated. Parted ways with my Chronoscope today after f2f with a watch aficionado from around here, so still feeling a lot of buyer's remorse. We aren't that many really into watches around these parts, so this was really enjoyable. Wore this hunk of a watch today (yeah, I know, not that popular around here, but I love the balanced dial configuration - reminds me I'd better buy a 9300 Speedy soon). Not from today, but the picture was taken exactly 1 year ago! And another picture of the watch that I took in my dedicated light box, just to show that it can look rather good in some circumstances
