Hong Kong delivers (edit : actually Singapore) ...I can't believe I haven't picked up on this little gem before now. Like many (all) others before me have said, it looks way better in the flesh. In honor of the 5 years I spent in Rota, Spain while my father was stationed there, I'm going to keep the day wheel set for Spanish. More bands on the way.

Also, looks pretty spiffy from this end.

Yeah that's the problem with this watch, great watch, so cheap for what it is, and then all of a sudden you have invested 4xtimes the price of it in straps.

Old skool.

Affirm, pretty old skool by today's standards...the MD-88s that I've flown at Delta were built in 1988 and the MD-90s were built in either 1990 or 1991. In the cockpit we have a combination of steam gauges (analog gauges) and early generation glass screens. The MD-88/MD-90 is essentially a stretched and somewhat modernized DC-9.

Changed to this new one. It's definitely not polished. Hell it doesn't look like it's been on someone's wrist before. Glycine from the 40-50s maybe??
