I think Mad Dog would say you need to order at least one more cup, maybe three ;)

I'm on cup no. 2 and more would probably bounce me off the walls... unless one of those extra cups was used for strap darkening!

Yeah, man...you know the drill...do the DD dunk-o-matic for the darker shade of green...works great lasts longtime!

You're kidding me. Dude that would kill me, and I've managed to survive on only one cup a day!

As for the strap darkening - when you get a moment, I think we'd all like an update on how it's held up! Color, smell etc :D

It’s from the two-tone Broad Arrow Speedmaster 321.90.42.50.13.001. Although I'm sure Omega would say it is NOT designed for that model, or any Speedmaster Pro case, I can confirm it fits very well. The BA’s end link is 0.4 mm thicker at the center than an 1998/849 but it clears everything at the case with no interferences, no gaps either, and the spring bar holes line up without forcing anything. IMO, bracelet interoperability with Moonwatches is one of the underappreciated benefits of most of the 33xx Speedmasters.

Also, yes, to my eye the RG from both models matches perfectly. Here they all are in one picture for comparison. (XV on top)

    TT compare 5p MG_2059.jpg

Note that the TT bracelet has longer links than the 1998, they are curved width-wise (like a PO), and use the screws/pin construction. Clasp does not say Professional but is otherwise identical.

Putting the BA bracelet on the XV 35th did cause quite a bit of identity crisis for me, as that bracelet had become so associated with the BA head in my small brain. But over time I became re-trained (despite Mrs. Lou P’s objection that this is possible), and this is how I most often like the XV now.

    Bonus pic :D

I just had to post this one once more, as the later day light just seems to make this one shine.

A moment ago, I got the convertible out before the freeze sets in again, and the JLC was certainly up to keeping things warm and fuzzy:

    Whoah, dude.

Hard to imagine the 'Mad Dog' without caffeine... sad sight, I'm sure!

    images.jpg

But wait, decaf still has caffeine in it... (medium DD decaf has same as a single-shot espresso: 74mg! **)...

    ...are you drinking greater quantities?!?:D
