Felt like enjoying the rest of my Christmas break ( from university). How else does one enjoy a day other than wearing a favourite watch?

Although I own a few Panerai watches (5218-301/A, 80, 108, 246, and 508) I do not feel like a Paneristi. I'm on p.com, too, mainly lurking, contributing only from time to time. I just posted a few photos of the Mare Nostrum in the "first 2016" thread.
Seamaster 300 165024-68 was my very first real watch. This one was bought in 1997..My first digital high-performance. Was my partner in my last ten years as olympic shooter until Athenas 2004. As you see is almost new because I use it only a few days a year that reminds me of my distant sporting life.
This, recently acquired in a trade, for the foreseeable future:

Mick you are a Paneristi w/ that collection.EMBRACE IT , IT'S ALRIGHT....Dirk was commissioned by OP years ago to make there straps. I would contact him he may still have some originals left or point you in the right direction. Again WOW!!
Boy do I love this bezel and patina!
A change for a new arrival...
I'd say that's a rather sweet way to start of the year!!
For dinner I couldn't decide between two watches.... easiest solution: wear both!
It certainly is! It's in such nice condition, I can hardly believe it. I'll get to put the first scratch on it!
