From the flight deck of shuttle Atlantis passing through 6000 ft on my final approach into Edwards Air Force base.

Damn near perfect but just a hair left of the center line. John Young would be proud I'm wearing the JB on a shuttle flight.

I'm was not wearing my Speedy Gonzales for a few minutes...because a plastic NASA astronaut was wearing my Speedy Gonzales...on my replica NASA strap...at the Orlando International Airport (MCO). Luckily, I was able to get my Speedy Gonzales back so I could wear it at the office...following a strap change from the replica NASA strap to the Rothco protective strap. 👍

The watch is all fine and good, but does the MD-88 have a cup holder for your coffee? 😉

Tudor for the day...

Known as the "Black Prince" in the mid-sixties. One of these days, I might be so lucky as to own one. Always liked it. Recently, someone on a MB somewhere, posted a picture of the Tudor ad, which used the name.

Just finished yet another rendezvous and docking simulation, this time from the Apollo Soyuz Test Project. I was an early adopter of the pre-release versions of Kerbal Space Program, and thousands of dockings and planetary landings later I'm still hopelessly addicted 😀
