Berthoud Universal Geneve cal 385 on the wrist today.
One of the earliest waterproof chronograph designs. (About 1938).
38.5 mm case with snap on case back(!). Case back and case numbered (matching) as they had to be hand adjusted extremely precisely for a waterproof seal.
