·Starting to get cool enough to put the original NATO on (it's leather-lined so bad for the summer, or wet weather, or anything an actual NATO strap is good for 😉 ). Really like the color and quality of these straps though!

·For October 27, Today was my birthday. My wife and I spent the day at the Houston Galleria. Some of the day was spent at the Omega boutique where are Juan Carlos and Enrique sized and gave a light touch up to a couple of my Speedmaster pros.
The Speedmaster boutique is the epitome of luxury watch buying in Houston. The customer service is impeccable. Both of these guys love their jobs and shows. They are knowledgeable and always ready to help. I brought my Speedmaster twin coaxial rattrapante in to have the band sized. They were very interested in the watch and educated me on its use. They also make sure that I knew that it was a true limited edition and a numbered item.
Enrique and Juan Carlos have been holding an extra link for my speed Master Pro moon watch bracelet. Taken me several months to get in to the store to pick it up. The last time I was there, they were one link short and had to order that last link.
The comedic moment occurred when Enrique suggested that the moonwatch bracelet was the same size as the rattrapante bracelet and i shouks try it on.
I put it on my wrist and the bracelet that was put together three or four months ago fit. Turns out that I have lost enough weight that my wrist now fit the bracelet and I did not actually need the one extra link that the boutique has been holding for the last 4 months.
On the customer service side both Enrique and Juan Carlos have called me several times during this four months and have held this link for me.
Walked out with two correctly sized Speedmaster pros and the Bond Omega book.
My wife and I then had lunch at Del Frisco's steakhouse. Another place with great staff. Had one of the best steaks I've ever had in my life followed up with a slice of lemon 6 layer cake. I'll post the photos below.
