sunny saturday near hungarian border, for some little weekend shopping a little 3 hands will do this one amazes me because of its suburb legibility
My Lemania watch should be arriving today. Until then I will be wearing this old watch. It is 47 years old. Really comfortable and just plain awesome....
That's the money shot, there... Such a gorgeous movement--they should all have see-through case-backs!
Another new arrival on its first outing. Lemania CH27C12 (aka 321). Late 1940s. Handmade Teju. I´m in love!
Definitely one for the permanent section of the collection. Not many like it out there, and the condition is stunning IMO. At 35mm sans couronne it is also very wearable!
Today an old friend; my Grandfather's Arlea on its original Frith, Bonklip bracelet. Not entirely sure whether 30's or 40's, but he needed a waterproof, shockproof, antimagnetic watch as he was an aircraft mechanic at Hendon. He looked after Edward VIII's plane and got fired when he refused one day to get it ready so he could fly to Paris to meet Mrs Simpson! Hope you are all having great weekends.
