Something a little different today, a Soviet "Ed White". On 18 March 1965 Aleksei Leonev became the first man to walk in space, beating Ed White by about three months. He wore a "Soviet Omega", The Poljot or Strela, with the 3017 movement. The serial number of this watch places it at the very end of 1964 or very early 1965, possibly around the same batch that the actual space watch would have been chosen from.
