Thanks - that's why it's a keeper. It's coming up on 5 years old, by FAR the longest tenured modern watch in my collection.
Then it must be a keeper...I can only WISH to keep a watch that long...That said, I have one coming soon that I think I might bond with for a wee while...
You'll eventually find watches that will stick. I have a handful or two that won't be going anywhere unless somebody offers me STUPID money. That's why I flip - to see what works the best for me.
My Pink gold Ranchero will stay with me..I just think it is a really understated dress watch..and doesn't crowd my wrist too much...
770, Dennis. I was surprised how much I love this watch, which is practically mint. But today I have on a much smaller Hamilton, a Randolph from 1936. I'm surprised Kyle wasn't all over this watch when I first showed it; it'd be perfect for his wrist size, I'm finding it a teensy small.
