Added another Accutron to my stable. Fifty two years old, and going strong. I’ll eventually go through the movement as well, though it runs fine, now. This one is a new definition of the term difficult to photograph. I replaced the crystal, gasket, cell, 2 spring bars, and ultrasonically cleaned the case and bracelet. A light buff with a Selvyt cloth, and this is it. This one qualifies as “different”, I think. Original Accutron bracelet. I had made a standing offer on this watch, assuming it may not sell at auction. It didn’t! One of two I’ll wear today.
