Mrs. noelekal’s cheerful moss rose (portulaca) around the mail box post. Taken at the beginning of the morning cardio walk.

With an apology to those who collect Seiko. I’m not wearing this as a collectible, for the next week. Utility, pure and simple. Headed away camping for 5 days, and I usually park my collectible watches, and choose a watch for utility, only. This one came to me, free. I put a $6.00 movement in it, and it does almost everything I need for the time away. Tough, runs, fully featured, and I won’t be distressed if I wreck it or lose it.

No apology required. I do the same thing when traveling or camping. Seems prudent although I usually make it a standard seiko diver to maintain the touch of OG watch guy. Enjoy the camping hope you get a nice breeze.

I don’t have one yet. Good idea for such matters though tbh an old Vostok is a top beater

This one is cool. Released for the Beijing Olympics as a world timer. I don’t think it was released in the states
