Three days in the mountains wearing my sacrificial Wittnauer quartz watch, no internet service. I come back home and find 94 posts to the WRUW thread! You folks are relentless! So, today I doff the Wittnauer, and don a favourite F300 Eterna. I know nothing of the provenance of this one, but it is likely 50+ years old. Same movement as the Omega F300. When I acquired it, it wasn’t running, but the circuit and tuning for were okay. So I cleaned it, and it has become a steady and reliable performer. And I like it, a lot!

First flight for my Ed White 321B… Big brother, the -64 Ed White 321, was there too. Both on Omega black polyamide NATOs.

I think this chic little Mo showcases how insignificant yet how incredible vintage watches can be.😁
