We spent an afternoon with family at the Texas Ranger Hall of Fame and Museum in Waco, Texas. While there I spied this neato piece of espionage kit in a display. Protona is no watch at all, but rather the microphone component of the 1950s Minifon wire recorder. I had not seen one of these before.
There are a couple of complete kits on Ebay right now.

·Given my belief that Longines dials and hands last a lot better than many other makes I can’t really comprehend what has happened to your watch. Was it interred with a previous owner?
Djano, a lot of these things happened for the best.
There’s Shui Mo (ink wash), conventional.
There’s fire, unconventional.
and there’s that. 🤔
In this case, it had to be some sort of salty steamy randomly operated the charm & uniqueness.😄
Underneath, the newly serviced machine ticks like a pony.

Got on the Forum to "like" watches in WRUW for fun and frolic and when I make a "like" attempt I get the sad eyed Cat of Doom telling me a server error has occurred.
Is anyone else experiencing this?
