Dual wielding watch Monday, as Canuck is wont to do on occasion.
The 18kt rose gold Longines with 27M movement from 1948 worn yesterday along with today’s selection, a 16 size 1920 21 illinois Capitol 21-jewel movement pocket watch with “Red Dot” dial in a rose gold filled case. A DaveK Mystery Braid lanyard in oxblood hue complements the Illinois nicely.
The back looks better in person than this cell phone camera shows it.
That’s an unusual bezel on your Seamaster! I’ve not seen a 166.091 with bezel with an outline only triangular 12 o’clock marker, it’s similar to a PloProf bezel. They’ve usually have solid triangular marker.
This is the bezel the watch came with. Does anyone knows more about these bezels?
