Easter Monday morning.
Have got a few jobs need doing today, but having a restful lie in is certainly top of the list.

Yesterday evening I made an awesome discovery about my new vintage car, it has a cavernous tool kit / storage space under the passengers seat floor! Never knew that. Things that had been missing from the nut and bolt restoration of the car and that I thought were missing were all in there, phew great relief as finding 100 year old bits can be a mission.

Today's mission will be to review all the bits I found and put them back in the storage zone.

However I have 2 of the same model vintage car, the first one I have owned for 3 years now and never knew about the hard to find storage space so I must check out my first car and see what's hidden in that ones secret storage space next!

Still my 80-year old Hamilton Kirby with the calibre 983 movement. I’ve owned it for over 40 years, and I can count on my fingers and toes the number of days I’ve worn it. I’m getting accustomed to the small size.

Lovely watch! I am quite partial to square or asymmetrical shaped mens watches, about 18 months ago I let a nice 23 jewel Lord Elgin Dunbar slip through my hands for just US$45 but with a poor dial, a decision I very much regret now.
