·I often think a watch without a date is lacking. However, when wearing on a day the date is not necessary to remember it is nice.
I’m wearing the cinncinatus which it seems is becoming popular in micro brands although apparently the white dial is more sought after. The maroonish one was what caught my eye when I bought it.
It seems Henry archer makes some nice watches. I’ve seen a number of them that look nice. I think they are made in Canada but I need to double check that.
It’s nice to have well made microbrands around incase you want to try something different but don’t want to drop 8-9k or whatever.
