I got hood winked today but it was cool. I went into work early as my coworker had a Martin 00 so he said for sale. I’ve been looking at guitars and I was thinkin of getting a smaller scale one as it’s easier to play when you’re sitting.

I knew it wouldn’t be cheap but he had a 1938 Martin probably goes for 34k. It’s in amazingly good condition. It’s a family heirloom. I played it a bit but got nervous I hadn’t taken off my jacket didn’t want the zipper to scratch it.

I handed it back he did Robert Johnson’s love in vain. No it was a 37 I think as we did the math and it was around for 1 year of Robert Johnson’s life, he died in 1938. No pics left my damn phone in the car but it was in remarkable good condition. They bring it to a luthier occasionally.

Seemed to make my Rolex less impressive.
