For the F1 kickoff...YaY!

I should have thought of this. I’ll pick out a suitably racy watch for the GP tomorrow.

I went to the town transfer station to drop of garbage and recycled goods. I know one of the guys that runs it for the town he found a few Martin guitars and a handful of watches ( including a Patek) he had restored. We play guitar once in a while but he’s too talented I need to play bass with his stuff or I’m lost. He has restored guitars with value in the 4-5 figures that were just thrown away.

Hes not pompous about it just stuff he caught working 20 years with the town. I’m sure it’s more than he tells me. I’m just jealous he had the voice to match anything, I’m limited.

I find it interesting the bond that can be developed with a 5 minute talk about watches and music, breaks down the 500 things we probably disagree about.

Vastly underrrated thing, this talking in person....

Panerai eat your heart out. A particularly large chunk of steel. If anyone knows what branch of the Navy the anchor represents let me know.

Perhaps icy solid white gold on a more dramatic strap that I am wont to wear will keep me awake in church on a time change Sunday morning.

Spring has arrived and already it’s quite warm and not at all like a normal day in early March

Marathon GSAR on 10 year old or so grey nato strap from good old Toxic Natos before they closed :-(
