When I am daydreaming, I am captain KC Solo flying in the PloProf Falcon.

With a big smile as I am enjoying the bass beats from the new subwoofers

ROTARY DIVER CHRONOGRAPH
@ 43MM minus screw down crown
20 ATM no date complication

Case ref# 624001

by: Galeazzi Dive Equipment Company,
known for high-quality dive gear,
including the Armored Atmospheric Diving Suit.

The Galeazzi Dive Equipment Company, is an Italian firm founded by Roberto Galeazzi Sr. Known for pioneering subsea technology, Galeazzi developed the Armored Atmospheric Diving Suit and held patents for lightweight, pressure-resistant structures since 1926.

The screw-down crown is a defining feature of this watch.
A version without a screw-down crown would not meet the 20 ATM water resistance standard and would not be authentic to the original design.

Landeron 149 Movement
cam-actuated chronograph movement

The Landeron 149 is valued for its historical significance and mechanical authenticity. It represents a golden age of mechanical watchmaking, especially in military and aviation contexts. Designed for economy and reliability, using a cam system that became standard in many mid-20th-century chronographs. It was one of the most popular chronograph movements ever made, with over 3.5 million units produced between 1937 and 1970.

misc:
The Landeron watch movement manufacturer was a pioneer in column wheel chronographs, holding the original patents for them.

Wearing the same watch as yesterday, once you set time and date on these you want to keep it going. If you know you know!😉

^ Back in the collection. Over the past couple of years I've moved away from some of my 'neo-vintage' pieces and my old tritium mid size was one of those that left. The opportunity came up to grab this one recently and it's good to have it back. Great pick-up-and-go option.
