·Today, a new addition: Omega 168.005 with rose gold hands and indices. It was a bit of a risky purchase, listed on a portal with poor-quality photos. The seller was unable to provide better ones, and the actual condition was a surprise. The dial is beautiful, and the case has been polished, but only very lightly, and the edges are still clearly visible... I'm happy. 😀

·Everyone seems to be wearing wrist watches today. I’m all for parity, so in addition to two wrist watches, I’ll wear one of my Hamilton 992Bs. Steel case, melamine dial, short on pulchritude, but I rather like it. Likely from the late 1950s or early 1950s.

·Shoveling again on this beautiful, snow filled day in coastal Maine. Thing 2’s birthday party is later this evening, where red velvet cupcakes with cream cheese frosting, and ravioli will be handmade by Thing 2 and a cadre of her friends. Hope the forum is doing well this weekend.
