Though this particular watch, produced by Illinois, was a commercial offering rather than a rail road grade offering. I purchased a replacement gold case screw a couple years ago, but haven't gotten around to installing it. A proper locomotive as from my childhood here in Texas. Even yet, it looks "right" somehow.
