Just picked up this 1000m with extract - dates to 1976 - wearing it today - type one dial is showing quite a bit of raised paint spots - will these continue to get worse over time ? Also the hands are almost faded to white from the sun - Thanks - trying to post pic -

Honestly find myself wearing the SM300 most days and, now that I have acquired a larger collection, it's tough to rotate through the great ones like this.

Nice watch, although the dial seems to have been redone but the color combination looks great.

Yes I was just mentioning this in a post on UG forum. The dial was replaced by Universal Genève after it was cut in half in a ski accident. So it's not the original dial that came with the watch but it is an original dial from the company.

This is one of my favorite watches. If I could only own one Omega, this would be up there with the Skyfall, Gemini IV, Ploprof, SM300. Why do I bother trying to pick one favorite?

So many nice Zenith watches on this board. If I was not such an Omegafanboy (and promised to not buy more watches, temporarily) I could easily see my self picking up a few of these beauties.
