I bought a new Hamilton Khaki King three weeks ago yesterday. It has only gained 7 seconds over the three weeks. Unheard of accuracy!
This watch is great. I’ve been wearing it 24/7 except in the shower. The two “problems” with this model you read about on the internet - it’s too reflective and has poor water resistance - are really non-issues. It’s no more reflective than my hesalite Speedmaster, and we practically live on the boat all summer. Also, while it’s no Seiko, the lume lasts all night.

Today it’s wearing a ratty old Haveston canvas strap. Super comfy.

Ignore the date window, I only wear my vintage watches in rotation with other watches so I don't bother with changing the date.

I made the straps with Degermann Baranil leather.

After timing it for a week the average is +4.5 seconds per day. I am cool with that.

If I could have only one Omega from my collection, it would be an easy choice.
