My 48 year old Omega F300, tuning fork model reached out to me when I was looking to make a change, this morning. Date is wrong, but this one has the classic Omega plastic date ring problem. Chipped teeth, so the calendar stalls when the broken tooth happens. I love it anyway. Wouldn’t run when I bought it, but reconditioning the movement looked after that.

Back here on Neptune we go bar hopping today me and Mrs hen, so the 2254 gets a rest.

Strangely the Seamaster keeps better time on the night stand than on the wrist. Can anyone explain that?

Can't explain that, but whichever 3861 I wear that day takes more turns to fully wind than the other 3 and I never use the chronograph...

Doing a double today because it is Speedy day, but also I realized I have not posted my newest watch yet. Of course the GMT is set to Switzerland. 😊
