·104 f not including humidity. Only had two heat stroke in the clinic but alcohol was the underlaying cause. I’m hearing high 70’s for Friday fortunately it was a brief heat spell.

·Kinda funny that your list of aches & pains & coughing etc is on a "to do" list. 🤧😷🤕😵💫
Pulled a muscle in my diaphragm with some deep coughing, felt like having broken ribs all over again, well that and a ripped bicep, ya just can't do what you used to do when you were younger but it doesn't stop you doing it anyway 😀
